I got this nice shower kit with a rainfall shower head that came with a hand-held shower piece. The problem is, I didn't realize that the kit was meant for a shower only set up. My bath has a garden bathtub with the pull on top of the tub faucet that diverts the water to the showerhead. What I'm trying to say is in order to use both the rainfall showerhead AND the hand-held piece (since I could not install the shower only parts in the kit) I needed a diverter to screw in between the rainfall showerhead and the hand-held shower piece so I could change over from one to the other. Had I wanted to spend several hours changing over the tub into just a shower (by tearing out the wall to change the fixtures), this piece would not be necessary. As it is, my set up works just as I need it to with this diverter and it was an easy fix so that I can stand under that large, relaxing rainfall showerhead and let it take my muscle aches away and then flip the little knob to the hand-held to get the suds off when I'm into the cleaning part of my shower. BTW, my shower pieces are matte black so this was perfect!

Best valve I've purchased in 10 yrs. Easy to install. Works great, no drip when changing back and forth.

This was a great purchase since I have a showerhead already that I like. I just wanted to add a wand to my shower so I bought this. Hard to install but once I got a wrench to help tighten it, it didn’t leak anymore. I was about to return it since it was leaking when I ran the shower but thought maybe I just wasn’t getting it tight enough with my hand. Wand needs to be on the right so it does not loosen up when you put the wand in and out of the holder. Other than that, overall a great product once I got it on there properly.

A piece of junk. The handle fell while installing. The plumbers tape was a thick globe that I could never get to properly unwind. The hex nut material is thin and weak. I had to take off and reset. When I reset I broke hex nut. Now I understand why it was so cheap.

I was upgrading my parents shower head with a handheld showerhead and realized that I needed a diverter after looking at Home Depot and Lowe's for one I decided to search on Amazon and I'm glad I did. This diverter was not only half the price but it looked just the same if not better. It works great no leaks and it was easy to install and is easy to use, I also like that it fit the adapter that I had to install as well.

I am pleased with how easy this one is to use. I had another one that was older and it had two push buttons that worked great for a long time then one wouldn't stay pushed in. I actually looked for another one of those, but couldn't find it anymore so I decided to try this kind and I'm actually glad I did because its so much easier to use than the old one and I love it more! price overall was very good as well considering Lowes or Home Depot only ships them and they are a little higher in cost.

The o-rings do not fit leaks all over. I did however find a o-ring that works but i shouldn't have too. 2. Once all is fitted it is loose and will turn the unit it is attached to pretty easy. Overall it works for the price i cant expect the moon and stars.

This is perfect. Quality seems great so far, was really easy to install, and works exactly as advertised.

Slechts kwaliteit. De koppeling blijft niet vast zitten bij het aandraaien ervan en er komt geen goede straal uit. Denk dat het te maken heeft met besparing maar dat staat niet bij de om beschrijving vermeld. Ook dr rubbertjes diever bij zitten zijn naar 1 keer gebruikt al kapot gegaan Nee dit artikel is niet aan te bevelen
