This refurb is a basic of my Collins Oxford English Dictionary with thesaurus and spellchecker with knowledge view and knowledge find. It also includes definitions, phrase finder, abbreviations, word maker and letter changer which is too expensive. The lexibook version works ok but I do miss the other addons. I found this one easy to use in most of my daily uses, I do, however, miss the ability to be able to look up information such as Famous artists, kings and queens, performers, Mountain ranges, Volcanoes both active and inactive and a whole lot more of similar type of information including Girls and Boys names. The lexibook is at least functional in most and is very good value.

Hay muchas reseñas que no entiendo muy bien, el producto es exactamente lo que dice en la descripción. Un diccionario de 5000 palabras por idioma y 15 idiomas. Bastante bien para lo que cuesta. También incluye un set de frases divididas por tema muy útiles para cualquier situación. Yo lo recomiendo.

I am learning German and the lexibook provides easy and quick translation. It is well built and has a clear display. There are 15 languages to use and fits easily in your pocket. It's great!

1 am comparing this dictionary to the, unfortunately discontued, Sharp PW -300 dictionary, that has partly malfunctioned after many years of usage. If tha Sharp was a Rolls - Royce then the Lexibook D650EN- 09 is equal to a three wheel bicycle. It is a dictionary, in my opinion, for very small children just learning English. It has such a small number of words in its memory. I get so many messages that the word I have chosen is not available. I use the dictionary for spelling and infomation as to the words origin. The sharp can tell you more information about the word that you would care to know. Lexibook gives little or no examples to explain the words meaning. Unfortunately one does not know how bad a device like this is until you begin to use it. Normally I would return this item, but once the Sharp's dictionary finally expires, what is there to replace it. The Lexibook is more than a dicionary, if it had spent more effort on the dictionay and less on the other features it may have become a better dictionary.
