Initially I was skeptical that the serving size would be filling, so I doubled it. I mixed it with some green beans for a simple dinner and was surprised that the amount was too much! I used the rest to make a quick beef vegetable soup, getting 4 servings out of the remainder of the can. The quality of the beef is excellent, and had very little fat in the product from the canning process. It was easy to spoon out. I love that the only ingredients are80's beef and salt, and it was not highly salted. The cans are high quality and we're not dented. I would not use this as a stand alone protein for a meal, but it is excellent in soup, and I would use it in a casserole. I purchased this as a storage item, but will use it for other things. The expiration date was 2029 so it will store well.

2 of the can has a dent on the can

This order was ok, but the prior order was not! All three of the canned chicken were dented and bent. I contacted Keystone meets twice for a refund never heard back from them. And I will never do business with them again.
