I LOVE THIS THING!!! I’ve been searching for a massager that didn’t just vibrate and I’ve hit the jackpot with this. It’s small but super effective. The kneading really gets into the knots. So far I’ve used it on my calves, lower back, upper back, and hamstrings. The heat feels amazing too. My only drawback would be the intensity I think it might be too strong for some. But if you like a deep tissue massage this is it.

Small and powerful! feels heavenly on my sore muscles!!! It felt so good I actually got goosebumps. Real review : I work in full time in healthcare, long 12 hour shifts. When I'm not at work I am a full-time home DIY'er and mom. Needless to say my muscles are sore! I was skeptical, but also very desperate for some pain relief. I have used it on the lower back, neck mid-back and low back. I like that it's versatile for any areas of the body that are sore and I can move it as I need. My only con is I do not like the timer only because it honestly feels that good!! I don't want my massage to end 🥴🤣. It's not that big of an inconvenience though because it works so great! I also enjoy the heated feature another amazing bonus with this mighty little massager.

Since August 2021, when my daughter first presented me with the Viktor Jurgen back massager as a gift, I've gone through three of them. I literally begin every day of my life massaging my back for an hour or two while I sip herb tea and read a favorite book. I tried another brand's massager in the interim, but I didn't like it nearly as well. The Viktor Jurgen fits the width of my lower back perfectly, not to mention my neck and shoulders. And the massage can be very intense if you apply some pressure. I've loosened the tightest knots in my neck and back with this machine. I complain because I have to buy a new one every year (thus four stars instead of five), but considering that it gets 1-2 hours use every day, it's still a reaonable deal price-wise.

This little guy is an excellent new tool to deal with my back. I bought 3 massagers (this plus 2 larger ones) and after trying them all out, I like this one the best because: 1) The knobs on the two rotating heads are different size. This creates a very deep massage followed by soothing and then repeats. At first I thought this was too painful but it's actually quite effective. The other massagers have the same sized knobs so they are only a soothing feeling. 2) The compact size is great and very portable 3) It comes with both a cable for electric outlet and car (and I've used it on longer drives) 4) You can easily move it around your back in different areas (and frankly the rest of your body) 5) The heat is felt after just a minute (though you can turn it off if too hot) There are a few ways this could be even better: 1) While the heads rotate in both directions, you have to manually change it via button. Some other massagers automatically switch after a minute or two. 2) The heads are right in the middle of the device. While that's great for most of the back and neck, it's nearly impossible to have the heads reach your lower back, unless you are laying on top of it (which would be very painful and a balancing act). 3) There is only one speed. It's a good speed, but for some areas of the body, a slower speed might be better.

I rarely write reviews because who has the time but I feel like this one deserves it. I have severe back issues - scoliosis, sciatica, stenosis, disc degeneration, etc. basically my back always hurts. I just got Covid and for some reason this strain really seems to inflame your pain spots. I spent a whole night unable to lay down because the pain was so intense. I just paced my bedroom for hours and hours. During those hours, I ordered this out of desperation. OMG! Why didn’t I already own this? It’s so easy to use. Just plug and press the button. It’s deep pressure not just light vibration. And it truly relieves pain and muscle tightness. I like that it’s not huge, so u don’t have to carry around a giant mat. It also has the car charger adapter so I can use it during my commute in the car. 5 stars! Especially for this price!

Update: after using this about 6 months, I regret my purchase. In those 7 months I've used it maybe 5 or 6 times - not because it doesn't work but because it's awkward to use - I have to lie on the floor to get my upper back and neck area because otherwise it just slides down. It's frustrating. I should have just ordered one like I had before where the strap things come over your shoulder and you can either hold those or the weight keeps it more stable. ----- Four stars because it doesn't cost much so you get what you pay for. For this price, it's a four star unit. Is this the best 'shiatsu' back massager I've ever used? No. But does it work for what I need and was less than $33 (on sale)? Yes. What I like: It's small so it's easy to store away after use. The part you plug into the unit stays plugged in even when I maneuver the unit around - my old back massager was always coming unplugged as it didn't fit tight enough. It gives me enough deep massage if I lean back into it. If I don't lean back into it, it's more of a relaxing massage. It doesn't vibrate but rolls - vibration hurts my old back injury/surgery area. Heat works enough for the price of this massager. Massage ball things rotate in two directions. East to turn on and off. Helped my stiff upper back. What doesn't work as well: It's a little awkward to use if you don't have the right chair or place to put it to lean against it. The strap didn't hold on the chair I have but kept slipping off so it's useless for me. My old massager had the rotation and on/off buttons in an easy to access area so you could change without moving the unit -- this is a smaller unit so I didn't expect that function but it was nice to have. The unit feels a little cheap but I didn't expect much for this price so I'm not taking off a star for "you get what you pay for" area. The part that plugs into the wall outlet gets quite warm and that worries me. I would very much suggest that you do not keep this plugged in - you shouldn't anyway but really caution about unplugging this as soon as you are done with it. Would I purchase it again knowing what I know now? Probably not. I think I'd pay more and get something better/more quality. But for the price and with limited storage space right now where I am living, this will do. But I will be checking that part that plugs into the wall regularly and if it gets any warmer or gets hot, I am not using this any longer.

Yes yes yessssss! Trust me and my back you’ll love it! Yes it cuts off automatically once it gets to a certain temp but I just turn it right back on without a problem

To those women who need a good massage after a walk or just a long day at work after you need a quiet time and a massage all over! This is it!! I use on my thighs, neck, back and legs it is a game changer. I can enjoy for time to come. I feel so much better when I get that heat with the massage. Try it you will not be disappointed.

Utilizzato per tre mesi senza alcun problema finche non si è rotta la presa elettrica fatta con prodotti scadenti ed eccessivamente rigidi e delicati. Il rullo fa il suo dovere, massaggia le zone col suo movimento circolatorio. Non è miracoloso ma fa il suo, peccato per la rottura, motivo per cui do 3 stelle. 5 stelle invece il servizio Amazon.

It's very basis massager, the heat is not working as described. it's like any cheap massager found in any where, nothing special. Overall, it's very expensive compare to what you should get.

Ich klemme mir seit Jahren immer wieder und ständig einen Nerv in der LWS ein. Wahrscheinlich Ischias. So richtig kann kein Arzt es deuten. Der Physiotherapeut hat mit "naja sagen wir mal Triggerpunktbehandlung" das Problem kurzfristig besser gemacht. War aber sehr zeitaufwändig und teuer, aber ich wusste zumindest wo das Problem liegt und wie es besser wird. Und nach endlosen Schmerzmitteln und mittlerweile Oxycodon, da dachte ich so...probier das Dingen doch einfach mal aus. Wenn doof, dann doof. Kostet ja nicht die Welt und Amazon macht den Umtausch ja auch problemlos möglich. Und was soll ich sagen....das Teil ist supertoll für mich. Ich bin zur Zeit schmerzfrei ohne Pillen. Ich lege mich auf die Seite auf der Couch und hau mir das Massagedingen auf die Pobacken und Hüfte, Oberschenkel und Lendenwirbelregion. Immer schön vorsichtig anfangen und austesten und hin-und herschieben wie es am besten ist. Das Gerät hat ordentlich Kraft und ist am Anfang, bis die Muskeln lockern, auch nicht nett manchmal. Und so knetet es mir dann so langsam aber sicher alles frei. Ich klemme es mittlerweile zwischen mich und die Couch, damit ich mehr Druck habe und es auch tiefer geht. Wahrscheinlich soll man auch nur einmal das "15 Minuten Programm" machen. Ich mache es bei Bedarf auch länger. Wird dann schon ganz schön warm das Dingen. Also für manche bestimmt zu warm. Denke also für den Dauergebrauch ist es nicht geeignet. Aber ne halbe Stunde am Tag schafft es super. Und nach ner Zeit braucht man es auch gar nicht mehr jeden Tag. Meiner Mutter habe ich das Dingen auch gekauft, weil ich so begeistert bin. Sie hat es für den Nacken benutzt. Allerdings ist sie 80 und kommt mit dem Dingen überhaupt nicht zurecht. Sie meint "aua, das tut weh" und damit hatte sich das Teil erledigt für sie.

Fait un très bon massage. Vraiment contante.
