3-Stars for degree of effectiveness. It does work, immediate relief, but only for mild cases as light skin irritation from walking around in gym clothes and not showering immediately, wearing the same clothes for long extended periods of time, like driving for hours. For these mild cases, it does work effectively. However, for moderate to more severe cases, find a stronger solution. I take along for vacation trips, where walking around in wet swimming trunks from swimming in chlorinated pools and the ocean both cause a slight irritation

I had a few concerns and I did some research . Antifungal ointment is very hard to find. Normally I wouldn't use a product without a seal, but because others said it wasn't sealed, I went ahead and used it anyway. The beads in the Medline Remedy Clinical Antifungal Ointment are carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), and they actually serve an important purpose.Why the beads are there: CMC helps the ointment stick to wet or damp skin. Ointment is primarily designed and manufactured for hospital and healthcare settings, where it's used in large quantities by medical professionals. In these environments, products typically don't require individual safety seals the way over-the-counter consumer products do. Finding that part out was very helpful. So far I'm very pleased with the product and the application process. I will continue to purchase this brand. Ointment is way better than cream.

This product is near impossible to find anywhere but here. I have an aging parent with a rash caused from a poop tube and was not properly cared for many time’s while in rehabilitation. 7 year’s searching Kessler used this, I highly recommend this product, if you had similar experience. Pain free clear ointment that last’s & does not ruin underwear. I did by 2 & it is healing and the area looking so much better & my aging parent feel’s better too.
