Is this compatible with bleach?

It’s basically compatible either any EPA approved liquid

Will it work with epoxy?

We used ours with Dyne that is probably about the same consistency as epoxy and we no longer use the pump. It takes too long for the pump to pop back up after use

Will these work pumas hand cleaner?

Looking at the gallon jugs of Pumas hand cleaner it should. I have no idea how thick it is, but shape wise yes.
