I have been using this supplement now for about 2 months, and it has become a big part of my daily routine. Before using this, I was consuming large amounts of caffeine and still found myself struggling to get through the day. Most days I probably consumed 300-400 mg of caffeine in the form of coffee and energy packets which still left me feeling tired and it aggravated my anxiety. I bought this to see if it would help with my brain fog and tiredness, but also my mood as I was struggling with anxiety and depression. I was diagnosed with PMDD so I was prescribed a prescription for that, but I am still taking the mushroom supplement because it has helped tremendously with my energy levels! I take one first thing in the morning with a glass of water, and then I usually take the other one in the afternoon around 2. My morning brain fog has went away and I have went from consuming 300-400 mg of caffeine per day down to just about 100-180 mg. Another unexpected benefit I have noticed since taking this is that the keratosis pilaris in my arms has also improved! My arms are less red and bumpy than they have been in a long time. I have been very pleased with this product and haven’t noticed any negative side effects with it. ***If you are taking any prescriptions, always check with your doctor and/or pharmacist to make sure there are no interactions between your prescribed medications and herbal supplements. I consulted with both and did my research before making the decision to continue to take this supplement with my prescribed medication as there were no interactions found.

I'm 68 years old and for the past year I've noticed that my memory isn't what it used to be and I had been noticing"brain fog". After taking this for only a week I noticed that the fog is gone and my memory seems to have improved. The only down side is that after time my skin seems to of become hyper sensitive. As a result I reduced the dosage from two to one pill a day. This appears to have worked.

Gave me just enough energy to disturb my sleep so I take it in the morning. Excellent product.

Tried i preferred the other I am using

I have severe anxiety and I suspect undiagnosed adhd. These help so much with my focus and clarity and keep me pretty level. I can definitely feel the difference on days I don't take it. They taste like coconut oil and are easy to swallow. I have not noted any unpleasant side effects. I've now recommended these to several people I believe it could benefit, including my sister with lupus, as a lot of the mushrooms in these act as anti-inflammatories.

Very good product kept me feeling great and like I needed them when I was high. Made me feel normal and up to date.

I love mushrooms and was pleasantly surprised at the power of mushrooms. I feel great when using this supplement, focused, and not foggy. The flavor is meh but it’s not bad, just not yummy since it is a capsule. I will be buying this product again.
