I received the cup without a straw.After emailing back and forth a few times, they sent me 2 straws.The communication was very bizarre, since she sent every mail in a different language (once in French, once in Turkish and once in English). Definitely not professional but okay…The cup itself looked fine, but for this price you know what to expect of course.
