This is not a true statement - "made in USA". It says made in China on the one I ordered.

There was no pump with my order!!! How do I get a pump for this product?

I purchased an air pump from Target.

Is the white plug that is for inflating supposed to pop out or stay flush while inflating?

TO INFLATE (Pump not included): A. insert pump nozzle into the hole on the boil. A adopter my be needed (Adapter not included) which comes with most air pumps. B. Pump until inflated to a maximum of 18″ diameter. C. When fully inflated, remove the pump adapter and push the stopper into the hole quickly and firmly, the hopper is then ready to use.
