Reaper Cheddar Cheese

Tasty reaper cheese and great service!

I love Pepper Joe's! I'm a huge fan of spicy things and this cheese is amazing. I ate it with crackers, baked with it, put it on top of pasta - the possibilities are endless and delicious. I've bought this before numerous times and I will continue to purchase it because it's fresh, delicious and spicy!

I'm only taking a star off for the price for what I got. Five stars for the taste though - excellent cheese with a nice little afterburn. Not too crazily hot.

I added the reaper cheese to the reaper summer sausage …. Great combination with a smoking hot after bite !!!!

This cheese is properly hot. I'd say it's too hot if you want to know the flavor of the cheese. The heat over-powers any flavor. I assumed the extra cost involved getting it quickly, but instead it goes only by USPS and the ice pack was totally melted. Since this comes directly from the manufacturer, I have no idea why this would not be expedited shipping on a food product. I can't imagine what happens in the summer time. Over all, I think there is no value for the money. Something like this at a local market would be much less expensive and no concerns over getting it home while it remains cold and fresh. It definitely isn't really something to snack on. It appears to be intended to be used as a topping to a sandwich to add a lot of heat. The cheese is simply the heat delivery method. The heat is way too hot to actually taste the cheese. It might be good?

We had a few people that thought it was too hot. But everyone else that likes a little heat loved it and asked where they could get more.

Was nice and creamy, was very disappointed in heat, I bought a block of Habenero cheese from Wisconsin that was much hotter and 3 times as large for same price, wont buy this again

The cheese is quality, has the spice, and can be used for a variety of my cooking and snacking needs!
