It's really good, and you can freeze what you don't use, and it still comes out wonderfully.
It's really good. I splurged because it was my 69th birthday, but it is really expensive. I will probably keep ordering their sugar free cheesecake. It is amazing. Put a slice on your plate, and top it with some whipped cream, and share it with a cup of coffee, and you'll think you're back at Katz Deli. Excellent!

Amazing Carrot Cake
This cake was really good. I was kind of skeptical about ordering a cake online. This cake was actually amazing. I ordered it for a friend's birthday who happens to be diabetic and carrot cake is his favorite. We were all surprised, this cake was wonderful. It did not affect his blood sugar at all. A little pricey, but well worth it.

Great sugar free cake
This is a delicious cake! It's diabetes safe but is not Keto due to the Maltitol. I like that the walnuts are minced very small but would prefer if it didn't have them. I'll need to try some of the others they have but I'll definitely buy again.

Too expensive and bad packaging
When shipping for more than one day in transit the shipping department must use dry ice, but instead they used a tiny frozen bag. The cake was in transit for two days and on top of all the FedEx delivery guy left the box on the sun and all the cakes were so hot, incredibly disappointed and upsetting with how much they charge. The size of the cake so tiny and not worth the price for a tinny melted cake.

Good flavor. Expensive. Not sugar-free
This carrot cake has quite good flavor, some sense of carrot, with cream cheese icing. I rated it at only 3 stars because it is not really sugar-free and it is very expensive.
