- GN ReSound Linx Quattro Charging Case

I've had my hearing aids for more than 5 years. They still work great but the charging case stopped charging. I needed a new one and fortunately I found this one on Amazon. It solved the issue. My hearing aids are now charging overnight and lasting a full day. This case is a perfect match for them. If you use this type of hearing aid, this case will work for you.

I had my old charger since the end of 2018 when I first bought my hearing aids and it worked pretty good for most of that time. A while back I noticed its battery wasn’t holding a charge which wasn’t a real problem but the other day I noticed that it was no longer charging my right hearing aid and that was a problem so I went ahead and bought this replacement. I just got it yesterday and so far, so good, it works. Only question I have is how are you supposed to read the included User Guide (see pictures)? I tried plugging it into my laptop but I don’t think it has a port that will work with it. I’ve been using my hearing aids and charger since the end of 2018 so I don’t really need it but I am curious as to what’s on it.

My old charger would not recharge my right hearing aid. No problem with new charging case.

Bought this to have a charger to take to work. Worked well for couple months, then never held a charge.

It carries the ReSound brand, and it appears to be an updated version of my older charger. It has a type C usb port, while my original (abt 5 yrs old) used mini-usb port. It also has a slightly more rounded shape. It charges my Quattros with no problem, and its built-in batteries allows the device to keep the hearing aids charged for 3-4 days. I am satisfied with this device.

I ordered this to replace mom's case that had stopped working right. It wouldn't hold a charge and was finicky about charging her hearing aids. Sometimes in the morning they would not be charged. Using this case, everything works well, and we haven't had a problem with her hearing aids at all.

I bought this hearing aid battery charger as a spare to carry with me when traveling. Upon receipt I could not get the battery charger to charge it's internal battery beyond the charge that was in it when I received it - about 30%. I tried to charge it for several days to no avail. There was enough charge in it to charge my hearing aids 1 time then the red recharge LED was blinking. I requested a return and it was promptly granted but I decided to try a different AC adapter. That solved my problem so I won't be returning it.
