Well made authentic United Cutlery replica of Guthwine, Sword of Eomer. Full blade with bronze guard shaped like horses’ heads, one on each side of the blade and bronze pommel. Worked great in our cosplay— looked like it was ready to slay a battalion of Orcs!

A very cool piece for enthusiastic LOTR fans. Overall very happy with Eomer’s sword. Pommel is very slightly off center, but not I’m taking this to war. Just enjoying as a very cool wall hanger in my office and it looks great.

I received this sword as a gift. I’m in love with how it looks and feels.

I ordered mine directly via Budk to start. Like most BudK/United Cutlery replicas it fits the bill, but in some places it falls short. I hope this review gains approval on BUDK's site, but cherry picking for 5 star reviewers isn't uncommon there.... Its definitely the first time I've picked up a replica and described it as "toy like." Out of the box I noticed the pommel was crooked and had some odd splotching at the base of the blade near the hilt? I straightened the pommel and polished the blade, but think its sad that right out of the box, for the price, collectors have to "fix" these items, since after taxes and shipping we've shelled out $250.00. Moreover, while polishing it, noticed the fuller lines are wavy in spots, so if lack of straight lines bothers you be warned, but you really have to look to notice. All that said, it fits the rest of the LOTR line and fits well with UC QC we've come to know and *sigh* at... of the 3 Rohirric blades I'd say grab Theoden's and Eowyn's and save this one for last.
