My dermatologist turned me on to this and I couldn't be happier with the results! It covers, protects & keeps the blisters/scrapes moisturized while they heal. Great value for the money. I apply it gently with a q-tip or wooden "spoon" twice a day with no irritation nor any inflamation. Fragrance free, easily absorbed (not greasy!) and it helps minimize the scarring. Good product!

Great for the winter times. Really helps lock in the moisture on the skin and is highly suited for cracked/dry skin. The consistency is how you would describe petroleum jelly feel which is great because a small amount goes a long ways. I use it on my feet, after I shower, and especially on my hands and elbows to help lock in moisture. It’s not heavy if you use an appropriate amount. There is no scent to it and it’s easy to apply. Like i said, it’s got a petroleum jelly feel which i like because it lasts longer than moisturizer/lotion. Overall great product for those trying to keep the skin moisturized and protected from the elements such as the cold.. (we all know the cold can really cause dry/cracked hands. I even use it as chapstick. Love it.

I have really bad itchy eczema dry skin in the winter. For the past year or so it continued into the summer, so I have been dealing with this frustrating issue for quite a while. Sometimes it gets so bad I end up scratching my skin until it starts bleeding and I have been desperate for an affordable solution that doesn't involve doctor's appointments to fix. I've tried lotion after lotion after lotion. From CeraVe Intense Moisturizing lotion to Amlactin Intensive Healing lotion. Nothing had been working. After discovering that ointments are much better for constant skin irritation than your standard lotions, I bought this and I am so thankful that I did. For the first time ever, I have been able to see immediate improvement in my skin when I apply this at night. The itching is soothed so quickly after applying, and it helps me sleep instead of being kept up all night from scratching. It is so nice to wake up in the morning with little to no itching or burning. I would need to apply lotions 24/7 to even see a fraction of the results I see from this in just two nights. I am bad at consistent use of almost anything but when I go too long without using this it is very obvious which makes keeping up with consistent use so easy. Sometimes I even apply this to my lips at night before sleeping and it works so well for incredibly chapped winter lips if I do that for a couple nights. It may be a little sticky and the consistency is a little thick in comparison to lotion, but the results are well beyond worth it for me. I would recommend this to absolutely anyone with harsh painful itchy skin. It has been a miracle worker for me all winter long. The tub lasts quite a long while and a little goes a long way, so the size is perfect. And it doesn't have any noticeable scents or fragrances which makes it even more compatible for sensitive skin and people with sensitive noses which is a huge plus.

I discovered this at a friends house and fell in love with it immediately! I am 60ish and have slight rosacea and applied just a few dabs around my eyes at night and on my cheeks and forehead lips and have way less dryer puffy skin in the morning with no redness! It also makes a great lip balm!!

This is the best healing ointment on the market! I perform treatments such as radio, frequency, micro, needling, and other treatments that caused the skin to peel and become dry. I would not recommend anything else for aftercare, moisturizing and healing skin barrier. It has peptides and hyaluronic acid, which are two great ingredients to immediately hydrate and repair skin barrier. It does have a bit of a greasy feel to it, but if he only ointment I have ever used that does not make my skin or my client skin breakout. I use this on my hands at night with gloves in it moisturizers like nothing else is a great lip balm. My son struggles with eczema and it immediately calms it down. I go through huge jars of this every month as I use it so much for myself in clients I highly recommend this product!

Good stuff. Had heat rash that turned to scaly chaff chaffing from overheating and arms rubbing on shirt whilst working. Nothing helped it was sore and itchy. This cleared it right up. But leaves me greasy what I hate

This exceeded expectations. It has helped soothe dry, flaky skin by the eye and has helped with irritation. Skincare products can be expensive, this is a great value for the cost!

Great fragrance-free protectant for the skin barrier. Love to use this at night after a shower to seal in moisture. Also great to use on cuts to promote skin healing. Love to use this on cracked heals with nice, thick socks on the feet. Great product.

Fast delivery and hydrates for approximately 5 hours. It's saved my nose after continuous blowing dried it out. No smell which is a plus, and doesn't sting on my fragile chapped skin. Looks and feels like gasoline, but superior product for healing.

I have used a lot of Cerave products since first purchasing it 5 years ago. Saw this and decided to try it out too. I am very glad I did as this is now my go to moisturiser. I also use Vaseline - a very effective emollient but it is quite shiny and sticky, so I can only use it at night or if I don't plan to go anywhere. Also Aquaphor, which I also like. Petrolatum is still the main active ingredient for all three. However, Cerave combines it with other ingredients that enhance absorption so it does not feel like it's sitting on the skin whilst still excellent protective barrier. It is quite a lot more expensive that Vaseline. As a face moisturiser though, it is way cheaper that other night moisturisers especially considering that you only need a very small amount to cover face, neck, chest and hands. It even comes in huge tubs that will last you for ages! It has no fragrance and has added hyaluronic/ceramide benefits. An all-around win for me.
