I asked someone working at the Whole Foods Cafe area once what they used to make their hot chocolate because I have a mild dairy allergy and there’s never bothers me. They held up a bag of this stuff and I went home and purchased immediately. It is as good as Whole Foods hot chocolate- I love this stuff so much. And it’s a huge bag that lasts a long time.
