Have loved using this to both mix and bake bread. It does everything in one bowl, gets warm quickly, is sturdy, color as shown. Because of its sturdiness and materials, is heavy but very easy to use. Glad I purchased it.

Thank you for an ingenious product! I have been baking sourdough breads and more for about a year. It’s definitely an art, learned/tweaked by trial and error. I baked my first sourdough boule today with wonderful results! We're a small family, so the boule size is perfect for us. I love that I can mix, proof and bake in the same bowl! Love the design of this bowl! You can knead on your stand mixer let it rest in the bowl and bake in this dome style mixing bowl… yes you can bake in this bowl!!!! Easily stacks to store. Thick stone bake wear. The color is amazing love the speckled color! Very heavy!

This makes the most wonderful bread ever! It is so easy to use, every loaf I’ve made so far has been perfect! Could not be happier ♥️

I like making my own bread. This certainly is a helpful bowl. Only downside is it's a little awkward taking it out of a 400 degree over. And be careful, it burned the hella out of me from steam when I took the top off. 4 stars for a little awkward handling while scorching hot.

I really like(d) the ease of this bowl. It latches on to the bottom of my very old Kitchenaid stand mixer. (We are talking the '80's when I worked for a department store call center and got 15% off of purchases. Score! When I opened up the box I was surprised at how sturdy the bowl is, without being too heavy. The results have been stellar! I plan to try a sourdough recipe tomorrow using the bowl. I will report back on the results. (I feel like I am going "rogue" with a recipe NOT included with the unit.) Even if I never make a different recipe than what is in the users manual, it will have been worth the money.

I wanted a 2nd bowl for our Kitchenaid mixer and I was initially attracted by its beauty…and I bought it as a sourdough baker I was intrigued by its features beyond just being a mixing bowl. I immediately put it to the test and it worked great as a baking cloche for loaves. The only annoyance is the handles are small so it makes for interesting grabbing out of a 450 deg oven! I manage by rotating the bowl so the handles for it are separated from the baking base so I can grab with my hot pads. Haven’t actually used it for mixing yet, but love it for baking!

Game changer! Made every bread better! Even the included recipes were amazing!

My first load of gluten free sourdough turned out well, I will try to perfect my recipe and try again to get a loaf with more rise. The bowl is very nice, beautifully made and I love the speckled finish! Some people said their dough stuck and baked on…after I turned it on the lid to bake I took a minute to wipe the bowl off with a damp cloth prior to baking and the bread dough did not stick or bake on.
