Soft texture, yummy flavor. Easy to chew. Mixed berry flavor though has a slight prune flavor in my opinion. Works well!

Very effective - in fact, I took it ten minutes before my train not thinking it would take effect so quickly, I was wrong. I cleared out the entire train car. Great if you want some peace and quiet on your commute. Highly recommend
