How many gallons is this rated for?

My water comes from our deep water well, I live stationary in my RV. I have both the sediment filter and this filter. This filter lasted 2.5 months before I started tasting the minerals in the water again. It didn't slow down my water flow at all, even after 2.5 months. I checked my sediment filter and had no sediment build-up at 2.5 months. I have my water pressure regulator set to 50 psi. I'm continuing to buy these because they work great!

I full time in my fifth wheel how often should the clear2o be replaced?

Full time...I would change it quarterly.

Does this have a replaceable filter? Or is it thrown away when full/dirty?

This one is a throw away..They do make one with a replacement filter option.
