Relax in an Epsom salts bath!
We use a lot of Epsom salts and really do like it when we buy the ones in the cardboard tubs as opposed to the thick plastic pouches.

Epson salts with added pepper
I bought Epsom salts with added pepper for myself to use after long days at work, after gym and busy days. The Epson salts works by soaking the stresses away also aches and pains after workouts, the next day you feel amazing skin soft , great for dry skin. Also you smell amazing after bathing.

Ok so I don’t buy these for the scent, I have bubble bath for that. I use this after every workout and the DOMS I used to suffer badly from has now almost gone!!! Game changer for me!!!

Disappointing! 👎🏻
I suffer from a lot of aches and pains especially shoulders, back, hands and ankles. Always buy the bag of DrSALTS+ 100% Dead Sea Bath Salts Muscle Therapy but tried this new design/packaging instead. Sadly, you don’t get the strong, lovely eucalyptus and rosemary aroma you get with the other salts and most disappointingly it didn’t work one little bit on any of my sore bits like usual. I’ve gone back and purchased the 2kg bag. Sorry DrSALTS+…😢
