What's the difference between the Original and this one? Amazon sells both.

I only know of the chicken version and the seafood version I’ve never had the original nor have I seen it. I use this to bread potato slices and cook them like the old Shakey’s pizza mojo potatoes.

House of Autry breading for seafood, chicken, or pork is not spicy at all. It has nice spices and tenderizes the fish, shrimp, chicken, pork (no MSG either). I use it for frying, air frying, and baking. Works well on potatoes too.
