Together (Emma Dodd's Love You Books)

I read two board books with my baby every night and this is one of my most often go-to’s. It’s just adorable and she loves the shiny front cover

This is a very sweet book about time spent between a parent and child. I agree with the other review that states it has some nice adjectives such as special, dreamy, joyful. This book is especially good for our 18-month-old because he loves to turn the pages and look at the pictures, but he doesn’t have the patience for books with a lot of text/words on each page. It is easy to read these pages quickly. I think the book is gender neutral for both the parent and child otter. We bought the board book version which is very sturdy and of great quality, with a thick and padded cover. The pages don’t have any metallic which the non-board book version has, but the cover has shiny metallic lettering and metallic strokes in the water. It is a beautiful book that I would be happy to gift. We also bought the “Wish” book by the same author which was of the same high-quality and a beautiful story.

Illustrations are so stinking cute! Great book. Would definitely buy more from this author.

This book is so sweet and the illustrations are charming. I am sure it will be read over and over and become a wonderful childhood memory.

I bought this to be the guest sign in book for my nieces otter themed baby shower. We had guests sign the inside of the front and back covers. It was such a good choice! The booked is about the mother and baby otter. Most of the pages have some silver foil to highlight water, etc. it’s beautiful and a very cute story. This is so perfect for a baby shower gift and of course would work for a gift for any occasion. I would definitely buy this again.

This was a good book for us during the pandemic. The storyline is about being together, which we are getting alot of these days. Makes us feel this time together is precious and to be appreciated.

Absolutely love some of Emma Dodd’s other books.Bought the one called ‘ sometimes’ to add to the collection. Very disappointed with the size and quality of the book.The story is not as heartwarming as some of the others eg Love.Feel very disappointed as it looks as if it is from the same series but is not as good.I should have checked the dimensions of the book on the Amazon description but assumed that they would all be of the same quality.

The cover is slightly padded, which is lovely. Very cute book, perfect for reading to young babies at bedtime

My little one loves books and this was a great addition to our library. The illustrations are beautiful and the message all Emma Dodd books send to the reader always bring tears to my eyes. I love this book! We’ve now started collecting all her books

Emma Dodds books are wonderful. They are a good size, heartfeeling words with lovely messages. Attractive pictures with different textures within the pages for sensory learning. Stories not too long so keeps your child’s attention.
