I love cooking in cast iron as it is safe to use. I believe that cooking vessels must be safe to use and made with premium quality raw materials. I have always seen my grandmom using cast iron utensils be it tawa, pan or kadhai. Iron is a good conductor of heat, which makes it ideal for cooking. The casserole looks very cute in my kitchen and is very heavy which makes it premium. The best part is it's pre-seasoned. This casserole is especially great for preparing Indian dishes. Apart from curries, it works perfectly for roasting also. I have used it for Roasting poha ( flattened rice ), peanuts, cashew, almonds etc and these taste just yum.

Just received it, it’s not that very heavy, texture is good and even. It’s 4.7 ltr I think if I make biryani in it, can easily accommodate 5-7 people… hoping food quality will also be good after cooking in it

This is an absolute misleading and not a quality product. I used it once and washed, followed all the instructions like pat dry, apply oil after dry. It still turned rusty. Not just that, applying oil has made the product smell like old oil stale smell.

Pdct is good. But it has only 3 litre capacity. You reveal as 4.7 litre capacity.

Still to use it.. but it looks sturdy and of good quality iron. Size is apt for 3 -5 people. Its weight is also a proof of it quality.

People who are buying this keep in mind this is iron it will get rusty if you didn’t maintain it properly, also its not a tuff job still it need extra care compared to other utensils you use Okay let come to product the quality of weight, size and thickness was good don’t have complaints in that but they mentioned it pre seasoned but it goes of in one wash so the seasoning was not that great as they mentioned that as product a main usp That pre seasoned thing only useful before you start to store it in shelf and it goes of in one wash and get rust so don’t buy for that pre-seasoned word We used it cooking and made curry, briyani all tasted good ease of cleaning also fine, stickiness is less compared to other utensils mostly use
