I think this is pretty good - but be very careful with it and don't take too much. Just one drop is good! Excess chromium can make your hair fall out. I'm very conservative with this and don't take it every day, just every few days. I take it to balance blood sugar. Honestly I think berberine works better for balancing blood sugar, but I use this as well. I don't know if I'll buy it again.
