Hot flashes have vanished
I take this along with sage capsules and together they've helped reduce those damned hot flashes considerably. I find the combination of these two really good. I did try black cohosh and red clover but not sure they did anything, they helped a little bit but not enough. Each woman will probably have to experiment with different supplements. I'm also taking vitamins D3 and K2, the entire B complex and magnesium bi-glycinate (many people are deficient in magnesium!).

Game Changer
Honestly, I find this stuff amazing, I twin it with sage oil capsules and take 2 a day same with the sage oil, and with the help of magnesium and some ashwaganda the perimenopause symptoms are greatly reduced. Different for everyone I know, but these definite work for me.
