I don't take that many medications, but I do take a fair amount of supplements. I could never find a pill box that would accommodate both medications and supplements, and the pill boxes I did find and use were just difficult and cumbersome overall, as the containers were simply too small for almost any use, and they were generally flimsy, and difficult to refill – there was a lot of spillage every time I tried to get pills in those tiny containers. This pillbox is massive. And I love it because of that. It's easy to open the individual pill boxes, easy to fill, easy to retrieve, and easy to remove and replace an individual day's container, should one be travelling. This is a sturdy construction, and seems built to last. It's also quite a time saver, as I can put everything I need to take in the compartments, and not have to fiddle with a pill box plus extra containers of supplements twice a day. Note that the containers on the base are over a foot long. You do need space for these pill boxes, but again, you could remove individual days and simply store the rest of the containers on the base in another location where you have more room. Highly recommended. Worth the price.

This pill organizer was purchased to replace my current organizer. It easily holds 3 times the amount of pills and is especially suited for larger pills. I would recommend the Extra Large Pill Organizer. Each individual or daily container is removable from the parent strip for an overnight venue. Each compartment is clearly marked with the day and time. Overall, the appearance, quality, and ease of use are a major improvement over previous organizers I have used. I would purchase this item again, should the need arise. It would be a great gift item for friends & family.

Please look carefully at the pictures of this product and measure it out before you buy it. my photo shows this product next to the container I had been using before I bought this one. After trying two or three other brands that were still not big enough to hold all of my vitamins, medications and supplements, I splurged on 4 of these weekly AM/PM pill boxes/containers. I take so much stuff that I only like to fill the containers once a month -- it's a big job. This is the only pill container I have found that can fit all of my medications, vitamins and supplements without some of the compartments popping open randomly. I have pets so that's not ok! I also like that you can pop the individual days off of the base for travel. Make no mistake, these are HONKING huge containers, and the whole week of them is almost comically huge in hand. Each day literally fits 2x-3x the number of capsules and tablets that most other brands that claim to be XL can fit. This brand truly has XL compartments. If you can't fit everything you need for each day in one of these compartments, then I am here to tell you that you are probably taking too many things. I should know! :)

Bought one of these for each of my elderly parents, and they both love them. The compartments are a great size for larger vitamins and supplements, which was hard to find. We also love that you can take just the day you need with you or bring the entire organizer if traveling. Very convenient, sturdy, and easy to use.

This pill organizer is great!! I take 10 in the morning and 12 in the evening and they fit perfectly. Another bonus: each day can pop off the tray and carried around by itself. Very convenient!

I have been taking meds ever since I was a child, and bipolar since I was 16 (I don't cycle anymore, and I am 53), which means if I miss two days, I can relapse, and permanently. So a good pill box was always important to me to make sure I never missed a day. I have tried several. This is an excellent box. The only issue is I do have is I have to refill it twice as often. But each holder is large, and it is easy to remove the pills. The top can not be removed to refill, but the cap is so big it stays out of the way when I do. It is costly, and I will know if it lasts in the future. So I cant say if it is worth it... so far, yes. Each compartment can be removed, and it can be tough to remove and replace them. So far, They snap every time.

When they call this thing extra large, they are not kidding! I failed to understand exactly how huge this thing is, and was shocked when I opened the package, but I'm not mad about it. I have several disabilities, both physical and psychological, so I take 22 pills every night. I do take a few supplements, but only 4 pills in my whole container were not recommended to me or prescribed by my doctors. My previous pill container was so full that I had to arrange the pills in a certain way just to be able to close the lid. And if I get even one more prescription, there was no way they would fit. Picture 1 of this review is my old container. Picture 2 is a side by side comparison. This new sorter is so large, I can just drop all my pills in and there's room to spare! That's picture 3. The lids seem durable. They click well, almost too well, so I'm not worried about the lids popping open. We will see if they loosen over time. The base is kinda flimsy, which is why I only rated it 4 stars instead of 5. I like the ability to pop each day off the base so you're not stuck traveling with the whole thing, so the design is well thought out. I'll probably just take them all off and put them in a small bag for travel, even if I need them all, so the base stays home. The print is large and clear, and the lids are color coded with white for PM and solid colors for AM. I think it was definitely worth the cost, because it'll save me a solid 20 minutes every Sunday night trying to organize all my pills in a certain way just to the lid would close. I also have an essential tremor (my hands, especially my right, shake), so putting those tiny pills in that tiny box could get REALLY frustrating to turn JUST SO. With this new, giant box, I don't have to struggle! Overall, I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who takes their own pharmacy worth of medications/supplements and needs more space than the usual medication user. If they made the base a bit more solid and not so flimsy feeling, I'd give it 5 stars! I will come back and update my review if something changes though.

This set holds all the gigantic pills. I really like how i can pull off a day and throw it in my purse to take with me. The first time, it was pretty hard to pull them off, but its easy now. Pulling one end up rather than just pulling straight up works better.

Die Döschen sind super. Am Anfang gehen sie etwas streng von der Leiste aber das gibt sich. Die sind einfach in der Handhabung u schließen sehr gut. Es ist ausreichend Platz für unsere Supplements. Cool wäre es wenn es sowas für morgens mittags und abends gäbe. Aber das nur nebenbei. Wir sind sehr zufrieden u haben sie bereits für eine andere Person nochmal bestellt
