Steam Controller Carrying Case

I purchased this specifically for a Steam Controller, but I have found that it also fits PS4 and Switch Pro Controllers reasonably well. As a Steam Controller case, I don't see how you could ask for more. It has space for everything related to your Steam Controller: the controller (obviously), a USB cable, the receiver, the adapter that allows you to plug the receiver into a USB cable, and it even has room for extra batteries. The case is sturdy and appears to be constructed to last. As I mentioned a moment ago, it also fits PS4 and Switch Pro Controllers. The PS4 controller settles into the case rather well and doesn't rattle around in the case at all when zipped up. Actually, if I didn't already have a dedicated PS4 controller case, I would be pretty happy to use this Steam Controller case for that purpose. Since the PS4 controller is smaller than the Steam Controller, that leaves room for storage of other things like USB cords. The Switch Pro Controller, on the other hand, fits loosely and can rattle around a little in the case. That hasn't stopped me from carrying my Switch Pro Controller in this Steam Controller case, and I feel that despite maybe not being ideal, the case is sturdy enough to protect the Pro Controller regardless. I can't speak to the fit of XBox controllers. So, for the purpose this case was intended (protecting a Steam Controller), this case is fantastic. Considering that it also comfortably fits controllers for at least 2 consoles, I think this case is a great buy. Actually, I may have just talked myself into buying another one.

This is a great case made specifically for the now-discontinued Steam controller, but it also fits the Xbox One S controller. It holds it tight so that it doesn't move around, with pockets to securely hold the dongle, its extension, and a spare pair of AA batteries. It's also made so that it won't accidentally press the center button and turn it on. Some people are having problems with the dongle not staying in place. You really have to push it down to lock it in, from one side to the other and not all at once. Maybe some of the cases have defects, but I'm having no problem. I guess the dongle's holder could wear out over time, but the case itself is very solid and will protect the controller. Considering how Steam no longer makes the controller and accessories, and it's only available from third party sellers who usually scalp it, I highly recommend this case to keep it safe!

A great case for your Steam Controller, if you don't have a Steam Controller and are looking to buy this along with it, be sure to wait until the SC is on sale for $35, and it normally comes with this case for free as well! Case is decently strong and I feel comfortable putting the case directly into my backpack! In addition to holding the controller itself, the case can house 2 AA Batteries (on which the SC runs on), the wireless adapter, in addition to the USB Extender!

It does what it's supposed to. Nothing special, though the build quality is top-notch. The controller fits perfectly, but isn't that what you'd expect? I'd like to have a better way to grab it, right now you have to grab the whole thing.

This is a really well made case. It looks soft in the photos, but it's really a rigid case with a soft fabric interior. I bought it for my SteelSeries Nimbus controller hoping it would fit and indeed it does. It's a better value than the case being sold on Amazon which claims to be specific to the Nimbus. I'll warn you that it's not a completely snug fit, but it's good enough to protect is from being beat up by other gear in your bag.

If you're not sure about the case, but WANT a case, then definitely get this for your steam controller. It's very sturdy, and has room for a usb cable, the desktop usb extender, and the wireless receiver. The only, minor negative is that the zipper can sometimes be hard to close, but it's a heavy duty zipper. I am happy I got it. For your comparison, I paid $35 for the controller/case combo.

I bought this for a super deal specifically to use with my Nintendo Switch Pro controller. I was using my Xbox One Elite controller case for it since I travel more with my Switch. The Pro controller fits really well into the Elite controller case, so I figured that even if it doesn't fit into this case, I was out just a few dollars. For those that want to buy this for their Switch controllers, it does fit, but isn't snug and your controller will slide around a lot while traveling. I remedied the situation by putting a piece of foam at the top of the controller where the charging cable would be housed with the included velcro strap, and it makes the controller fit amazingly snug (refer to the customer images). Honestly, I can't rate this lower than 5 stars because I don't use this case as intended, but if I was going to give it a star rating for the Nintendo Switch controller, I would give it 4/5 stars because of the need for an accommodation. It does work very well once you have it secured, so feel confident that your Nintendo Switch Pro controller is in good hands with this case!

I was uncertain as to whether or not buying this controller case would be worth it, but after having it in person, I am glad I bought it! This is a sturdy case that can withstand some weight placed on top of it, which is perfect for protecting your controller while travelling. It has enough room for a wireless receiver (dongle), wireless extender, and a pair of AA batteries for your Steam Controller and includes a self-grip strap for your USB cables. Although it is designed specifically for the Steam Controller, it can also hold other types of controllers (I use it for my PS4 controller). The build is of high quality material; it does not feel cheap when I hold it. Despite being relatively bulky for added protection, its overall design is sleek and minimalist, with a single zipper and the Steam logo embedded in the middle. The case itself is black, inside and out, and has indentations for the placement of the controller and its accessories. Despite being a great carrying case for storage and travel, it can be costly. I bought mine used at half the price, so I highly recommend waiting for a sale before getting it! Esta funda está diseñada para albergar todos los componentes del Steam controles de forma práctica y ordenada (pilas, receptores, cables e incluso el mismo control). Los materiales son de excelente calidad y duraderos. El "case" es semiduro así que protege bien el control el cual se siente algo frágil e incluso le incluyen una tirita de Velcro para que mantengas bien atado el cable del control. Todo esto le da un "premium feeling" a este producto. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
