Nickelodeon NTWM-43 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Round Waffle Maker

My 5 year old nephew received this as his birthday gift last month. It’s a great gift for the TMNT lover and a gift that makes the parents get more involved ;) I like usable gifts and unique items that will make someone smile. This was a WIN! Oh and the waffles turn out great!

we love this waffle maker it is perfect for our weekend mornings. I think I was more excited about getting this item then my kids were. my family prefers Thinner waffles and this Was perfect for us and for my kids because of the design. I purchased many waffle makers in the past and we have to say that this is Our favorite. yes the hinges that hold the top and bottom together to feel wobbly and loose ever since the day we received it however we love what it produces

Okay I should do four stars instead of five because the pancakes themselves don't taste as good as the ones that come out of my Cuisenart waffle maker with the same batch. However, this was bought for my son and he absolutely loves it. I had very little hope for this product, so I was rally surprised it does make real waffles. It is lighter than my Cuisenart, if that means anything.

It works just like any other waffle maker. It is nonstick, but it's a good idea to spray it down anyways. There's no temperature gauge on it so I just set a timer for how long to cook the waffle. There is no on off switch just plug in and go. I notice that the top gets very hot. The red indicator light has a TMNT sewer grate sticker on it but mine was crooked and I took it off because with the waffle maker getting so hot I figured it'll probably melt off. Now only if there was a Rocksteady or Bebop one!

It is easy to use, cleaning is a bit difficult but a dry brush and a paper towel work. There is no temp control so each one was a biiiit dark in the middle but we love it!

This worked better than expected and the detail comes out great. I've been able to explore with different types of waffles too. It doesn't have a beeping sound when its down so have to keep an eye on it. Some might consider it a down side, but its a great plus for me.

the iron works just fine, but on the bottom there are four rubber inserts on the feet of the iron but one was missing when it came. so its a bit wobbly. also. the Iron doesnt seem to shut off. i have to time the waffles myself and there is no meter to change from dark to light so i just kinda guess when its ready.it says it turns off but my waffles get pretty dark before the ligh comes off so i havnt gotten it to do so yet. other wise. it works and its cool. i like to slice my waffles like a pizza lol cause you know turtles love pizza...

Purchased for a TMNT waffle loving friend of mine! When using the tmnt logo doesn’t transfer well. Clean up can be daunting for the small crevices.
