i wear a ladies size 4 shoe, what type and size recommend for me ? thank you

They only come in one size from what I remember. I'm a 6.5 shoe and they are fine.

Does this come with one or two ankle straps?

The lite, which is what I have doesn't go over your ankle.. it's very convenient as I switch sides
