the phone cannot detect wifi network. how to fix this? otherwise will need to return.

Better to return to the seller. I found better and cheaper solution with branded phone (huawei) and camera was removed in workshop. Plenty errors during working time of this device. Lack of memory as well for now is the main reason to chose something else.

Why there's a top notch?

Thats probably from the original version of the phone that has camera, technically they won't make non camera phone from scratch instead they will just remove from the stock they have
