I absolutely love this. It is by far the best back roller I have ever owned.After every gym session, I always feel like I need to pop my back, and this does the job almost instantly. The design is excellent because it allows your spine to sit comfortably in the center, making it easy to get a great stretch and release.It has genuinely made a difference for me. I saw this on shark tank and decided to try it out. Love it, have to use it everyday especially around my shoulder area I’m not sure if it’s intended for that area but really helps release tension. My husband loves it for his back which is the actual purpose of this tool.

Nice product but it won't cure every problem in your life like they advertise. It helped me stretch my lower back.

Rolling on this seems to not only stretch out achy back muscles but also helps to adjust your spine. The gap on the wheel which lines up with your spine comfortably really helps. Roll your back muscles on this a few times in the morning and your back feels brand new!

Relieves my aches

I bought this in December and now it’s broken in July. I’m super sad as I used it everyday to help my back and it helps so much. I’m 190lbs, so the 500lbs claim does not hold up.
