I never write reviews....but I was so pleasantly surprised by this product....I felt obligated to help those out there suffering in any kind of pain. I had heard about the benefits of Turmeric from Dr. Rhonda Patrick on the Joe Rogan podcast and tried the kind she suggested "MERIVA". I found a cheap version of that but it did little if anything of value. I next tried a more expensive brand she suggested Thorne and while there other products are amazing, there meriva turmeric helped me only half as well as regular ADVIL did. I know taking ADVIL all the time is terrible for your liver not to mention the side effects so I did some more digging on other turmeric out there and found this thru another review on some other turmeric product. I suffer from general overall pain and soreness both joint, ligament and muscle wise from working out 5 days a week along with basketball 2-3 times a week with bad knees ( torn ACL ). Every morning I would wake up was stiff, sore and in pain. I dreaded just getting out of bed and standing up. The only thing that did give me good relief was Advil. However, after 3 days on this BCM-95 version of turmeric, my pains have 90% disappeared. I was shocked when I got up in the morning and had no pain. When I played basketball and my knees would usually swell up after but with 2 pills after the game I had zero pain and no inflammation. I had to take upto 2 grams of the MERIVA turmeric to get noticeable benefits but with this version I only take 2 pills a day and do 4 on the days I play basketball and its really been a life saver. I thought was gong to have to live off Advil or cut back on my basketball and workouts. However, with this....almost all my pain is all gone!! Try different brands and kinds...and see what works for you, but this 100% worked amazing for me!! I just received my second bottle today. I noticed results after 3 days and continue to take 2 pills a day with no side effects other then feeling young again and great!!

This is a great product. BCM 95 is one of the most clinically studied turmeric extracts.

Love this product for many reasons including its anti-inflammatory properties. Easy to swallow as well!

I have used this product for over 12 yrs, as an anti-cancer, anti-inflammation, anti-viral, anti-pain remedy. Another review claims that curcumin is a phytoestogen, and should not be used with estrogen + cancers? This is a bizarre falsehood. Curcumin/turmeric is, for one thing- NOT classified as a phytoestrogen, and two- in fact, has been studied for close to 2 decades, by Dr. Bharat Aggarwal at MD Anderson Cancer Center, proving that it has the most powerful anti-cancer properties of just about any natural supplement (or chemo! treatment). I was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer; took none of the traditional approaches recommended (i,e Chemo, Radiation, Herceptin, etc); instead changed to a plant-based diet, and took ginger and curcumin, flax seed, Vitamin D-3, B-complex, every day ...and the cancer has been gone for over 12 yrs. Do your research people! :) Don't believe everything that you read, as there are many here who are making claims that are not even remotely based in fact or research. This is a great product; safe; reliable; strong anti-inflammatory/ant-pain/ anti-cancer. Best of luck~*

Until recently, there was no serious alternative to a highly absorbable curcumin.....normal curcumin or tumeric is VERY poorly absorbed and is a waste of money. BCM-95 is far better absorbed. Now, however, there is a new product available from many sellers, such as Swanson, that bonds curcumin with fenugreek (brand name CurQFen) that is as absorbable and costs about half as much. Still, if you can get the life extension product at a reasonable price, at least you know you get the benefit....it is anti inflammatory. I am a senior and I have read the the research and know that regular intake of curcumin is correlated to lower rates of Alzheimer's, for instance. Good product, look for sales.
