Little Tikes 5-in-1 Adjustable Gym

This toy is PERFECT!! It really grow with the child. I bought this for my daughter when she was just an infant and she is now one and still LOVES it!!! She will sit at it for long periods as a time and just play and play. I highly recommend this toy.

I bought this toy for my baby when she started pulling herself up on things. My hope was that she could use this toy to pull herself to a stand. She was all smiles when she first saw it. She loves standing and "dancing" to the songs. Being all plastic, it does slide around, so pulling herself to standing can -at times- be a little tricky. The toy needs to be braced against something (a wall or my foot) so she doesn't just push it around the room -which she also loves to do. She's recently figured out that she can sit on the bench on the backside. She grins with pride when she manages to get her butt rested there without slipping underneath. I like that the table top can be adjusted / rotated to face many directions. We never used it as an activity gym, she she was too old for that when we got it. I wish there was a volume switch - I think its a little louder than it needs to be, but my husband didn't think it was too loud.

To say we are unimpressed by this toy an understatement. We saw a similar product at a friends house but it was discontinued so we tried this. When it worked (which wasn't for long) it didn't keep our six-month-old's attention. The music is loud in the worst way possible; it sounds like a poorly recorded mixed tape from the 80s being blasted out of cheap speakers. The buttons only work occasionally which creates problems teaching our son cause and effect. The main console only adjusts to a few positions, none of which really work for a sitting baby (better for lying down). All of this AND it stopped working. And I can't believe we made it to that point because we hate this toy.

While this toy seems pretty durable, our daughter was never really impressed with it. As a baby, we set this up so she could lay under it, and because it's so light, she would wind up kicking it or pushing it away if it wasn't up against the wall. Once she could sit, we set this up so she could sit on the floor and play, but she still wasn't very interested. My biggest complaint about this toy is the noise. It's the loudest, most obnoxious toy we have ever had. I tried to cover the speaker to make it quieter, but it didn't help. I question if the noise level of this toy is even safe. Bottom line: I wouldn't recommend this toy. There are much better options out there, so save your money and buy something else.

I love the adjust-ability! Bought for my infant son (5mo), but my 2 yr. old daughter can use the desk feature. When my son lays under it, he just kicks it out of his reach. Also, he isn't able to reach the toys that hang down. There is a motion setting, which I assume should sense motion and turn on, or perhaps when the toys are moved the music should turn on... neither happen. So that is disappointing. He really likes the lights that flash during the music! I think we will like it more when my son is a little older.

We purchased this toy for my 15 month old son for Christmas. He has cerebral palsy and we were looking for a versatile toy that he would be able to play with in multiple positions but be engaging at each setting. This toy is perfect. He can sit, but when he gets tired he can lay beneath it with the top turned. When he gets older and stronger, we hope he will be able to use the bench portion. This has been a great purchase, and it has been a great toy for our son's playmates as well whose parents have wanted to buy it, too.

I have been wanting to write a review about this product for so long, but didnt know where to start. We bought this 2 years back, when our daughter was 6 months old, and she has been in love with this product even since. Little Tikes has been her companion from infancy to toddlerhood and she loves to spend time with it even today. Total value for money.

My daughter loves this toy. Lots of complaints that it was too loud when I was purchasing but I went against them & am glad I did. My daughter plays with hers all the time & have never had a problem with it being loud. We will watch tv in the same room & no problems.
