Which of these models is best? rg351v, rg351m, or rg351p.

Rg351p is the same as the rg351m. M has a metal housing and the p has a plastic housing. The Rg351v Uses the same internal hardware but is oriented like a game boy, up and down. The M and the P are oriented like a Switch or PSP left to right

Does it have zelda ocarina of time

The game came with it in mine and it runs it pretty well but you can also download roms and add them to the system yourself

How many games come loaded with it if any?

I could not give an exact answer on the amount of games it has but it comes with alot of games.
