Velky Luxury Comfort Bed (King Size)

Received my Velky King size bed today via UPS. It has an outer shipping box (pictured) and another box on the inside. No instructions were included. Be very careful with your scissors as I can see it would be very easy to accidently puncture the mattress when trying to cut away the plastic around the mattress. The mattress itself was vacuum sealed and rolled up as seen in the picture. It slid right out of the Velky box without the need to cut the box open. Once I began tearing the vacuum sealed plastic, the bed immediately began taking shape. The picture of the setup bed was take just a few minutes after taking all of the plastic off. There is a strong smell (probably from the factory/materials used). I am hoping this goes away once the bed has time to air out. I plan on using it tonight (has been airing out a few hours now). Hopefully with the matress protector I purchased and the sheets on it, the smell will not be noticeable. The mattress has a loose cover over it (this is why there are wrinkles in the picture). Now as far as comfort, I will comment at a later date, but my first impression from laying on it, it is comfy! It is firm, yet still has that memory foam feel to it. Time will tell on the durability. $500 for a king size mattress is an unbelievable price,- but RTIC makes great drinkware so I trust the matress will be great over time as well.

I have been sleeping on this bed for the past 4 months. I would conclude that it is a pretty hard mattress. I wake up pretty sore after a nights sleep. Researching to finding something different already.

Would give this a no stars just for that simple fact that I cant get my issues resolved. My mattress was delivered with a stain on it.

Years of unrest, tossing and turning, waking up with hip and blower back pain are gone. It took me about two weeks to get used to the firmness but it was worth it. I sleep better than I can ever remember.

Very happy with our purchase! Exceeded our expectations!
