I'm so glad I took a chance and purchased this pillow. I noticed a difference in just the first few hours I slept on it. It feels very nice and comfortable. Being a side sleeper it supports my neck and my shoulders and keeps me aligned. I woke up pain-free. It had a slight chemical smell the first few minutes after opening it but it faded fast within a few minutes. I would definitely purchase again.

Best pillow ever! I cannot believe I finally found the perfect pillow. The difference between my sleep patterns is tremendous and I get so much more comfortable sleep. Search no more! THIS is the pillow of the century!

At first the smell was super strong I could not use it for a few weeks. But I left it out in a separate room and aired it out. Now it doesn’t smell at all and is such a great pillow for support. I wake up without headaches anymore.

I’ve been sleeping on this pillow for a couple months now, so I can write an honest review. I was looking for a firm pillow, but not so firm that my head wouldn’t sink in. I used the extra filler and it really made a difference, felt better. I like that it has give, not enough that you feel suffocated. The neat thing about this pillow is you can flip it around to the flat side and it’s like a regular pillow. I wasn’t a fan of the contour part, but I flipped it to the flat side.

I really don't leave reviews, it's not my schtick....unless I really like/hate something. I purchased these pillows after looking at a bunch of options with arm holes and other features to help with shoulder pain. I was pretty skeptical since I don't like memory foam pillows, but my shoulders kept folding underneath me while I was (side) sleeping and causing me sever pain. These pillows are very comfortable and supportive. I need a firmer pillow so I added the additional fluff they send and it's the perfect height to keep my shoulders from folding. It's super comfy to keep it inline with my body; with my head at the wide end and I hug the pillow giving support to my other arm. The curve just wraps around tightly so I have good support. The pillow cases are nice texture, but they need to be washed before using, but no additional smells after washing and letting the pillow breath per the instructions.

Well, I wasn’t expecting to love this pillow after having ordered almost every “hyped” pillow out there over the last 3 years. (My husband makes fun of me for the number of pillows I have tried.) I have a sore neck issue and had almost given up on finding a good pillow. I am a side sleeper which can complicate matters. I am so glad to be pleasantly suprised! I LOVE this pillow! The filling and the ability to take some out (or add to it) is for sure the key. I took just a little bit out and OMG, sleeping better than I have in a LONG time. I will be ordering another one for our camper. I am so glad that I finally found the pillow that is a perfect fit for me! 🥰

I bought this pillow with the hopes that it would help with my occasional snoring. It did not help with snoring. It is a comfortable pillow, though. There was no bad smell with mine (I saw some reviews mention this). I like that it comes a bag of stuffing so the pillow can be adjusted. Just make sure to keep the extra stuffing away from animals. The extra curves on this pillow didn't do anything for me except make it harder to fit a case over it (pillows have to match in my house). Overall this is a nice pillow but it fell short of expectations. If you can get this 15 to 20 dollars cheaper then it's worth it otherwise I would pass.

This pillow system is the best! I love the customization, support and softness. I decided write a review after almost a year of constant and exclusive use to give a honest feedback. I never had an issue with neck pain, which is a first for me. I held on the my favorite old pillow just in case and found I didn't need it after the first week. I have since thrown it away after about 5 faithful years of solid wash/dry/use. I usually have to acclimate to a traditional, store bought pillow ($10-60 ones that claim they are for back/ side sleepers ) and the pain usually starts after the first night, crescendos over 7 days and then subsides over another week. Never happened with pillow. I let the base and extra filling air out for 72 hours after opening, which I highly recommend. Not tossing in the dryer, which is an option, but I can't see how that will get you the best value for the investment of your most treasured rest to shortcut the process. Just be patient and let it acclimate to the room it will spend the most time in, similar to wood flooring in your home. Because I chose the slower method, I still never have smelled any chemicals or off putting odors. I intially used the pillow as it was originally packaged in order to get a sense of the support for the first 21 days. I determined at that point, I wanted to see what adding the extra filling would be like. Not because I had neck pain, but because I notice I tend to squish the filling to whatever side I am on for the longest amount of time. GAME CHANGER! I have long term support and comfort that bounces back after constant use and learned bunching (I am trying to not bunch under my neck for support. Know that will take time because it is a learned behavior from bad support from other 'back/side sleeper' pillows that don't live up to stated claims). The zipper on the case is durable, even when I noticed I was pushing the filling to one side, it held up. It was never so bulky that your natural sleep patterns won't adjust to and even out. I went through the intial summer heat and the 'second' NYC summer without feeling like my head was cooking. I would not say this particular pillow system offers any direct cooling effect that you will noticeably feel. I would say that, the hottest summer days, with a satin pillowcase, it wasn't as bad as I have had in the past. 80-90 degree heat and heavy humidity, I didn't wake up constantly with my head in a pool of sweat. It is not a "cooling effect" so much as, you don't sweat at all, in an humidity or temperature. It's more like, a reasonable person shouldn't find fault or sweat as much with a box or shop fan. The context of like for like, not a dedicated AC or Temp/Climate control system throughout an entire house is not equivalent. Please, leave room for bias. Especially, in these reviews. I am in an apartment, and treated myself/experimented with this pillow. I love it and will recommend/gift it to anyone I can! Happy resting!

It was a big treat to invest in a pillow I was a bit doubtful it would help me sleep but it's worth investing in from my perspective It takes a little while to have the right volum of memory foam for you personally but once you find the right amount it's great. It's slightly strange having a pillow this shape and it's easy not to put your head properly on it so resting the crown rather than whole side of head but you'll know because your just nit as comfy as you should be so pull it down securely under your head and although you know your heads on something but alchmy happens as once your resting on it youve not much time to think because your fast asleep which for insomniac me is great. You don't need to search for the right shape pillow case as I did but use a regular pillowcase it doesn't detract from the pillow You get a nice back with lots of extra memory foam so you'll be able to use as much or as little as suits you best I found using a bit more than I expected to need was best for me I would recommend this pillow

To anyone who gets a sore neck this is the perfect pillow to solve that problem. It's perfect but very expensive!

Been using it for a couple of months and I sleep so much better now.
