This shower bench is exactly what I needed to bathe my adult daughter with special needs. Purchased 3 years ago and am still using it today. Very well made and easy to assemble and adjust. I use it without the arm handles. It's very stable, easy to move and fits well in my walk-in shower. It has saved my back. Purchased a second one for my Mother In Law as well. Highly recommend.

I am non walking in a cast and needed a shower chair. One leg would not screw to the level I wanted. 3 people tried to change the height I contacted the company and they sent me new legs...the chair is now at my perfect height. It's super easy to put together. The chair will not move because of the rubber feet. The seat is nice and wide. It's very stabile yet light weight and also good for a bathtub. I am happy this is the chair I bought...

This is a really well-made and sturdy shower chair. It assembles easily with no tools. I did it while sitting in a chair and did not have to get up. A clear instruction sheet is included. The legs screw into the seat. It does take a bit of strength to ensure they are fully tightened in place. Similarly the back and arms press into place. The back and arms slide in easily although they need a good solid push to go the final distance and lock in place. Once assembled, the lower part of each leg twists out in the opposite direction to adjust the height of the seat. A window with a numeric legend makes it easy to adjust all four legs to the same height. The chair fits easily in a standard American Standard bathtub. It can be positioned most of the way back in the tub before the tub gets too narrow for the legs. Placed in this way there is plenty of room in the tub to stand under the water in front of the chair (e.g. if you want to stand while cleaning your torso and sit while cleaning your legs.) Alternatively, it can also be placed up close to the shower head. It also is handy to sit while shampooing your hair since if you value stability. The chair is comfortable to sit in and seems very stable. The back and arms provide added support which is great. If your shower head is fixed in place on the wall it can be helpful to use the chair with an adjustable shower valve such as 100% Shower Head Shut Off Valve - Solid Brass - Chrome Finish . This may be used to adjust the shower flow so the water falls where you wish - in front of you, on you, etc. while seated. Highly recommended! I am getting older and it's hard to shave my legs in the shower (yeah my belly is getting in the way) so I thought I would try a shower chair. I saw this one and then saw the reviews and thought I would give it a try. It came quickly and I was so surprised at just how easy this chair came together. If you have strength issues, this is the chair for you. You literally just snap on the sides and arms and screw the legs into the seat. That is it!! It is also very sturdy and the seat is wide. There are drain holes in the seat that I could not see in the picture when I ordered it. That was my only concern and the fact that it was plastic, I really didn't think it would be sturdy enough but I was wrong. I am so glad I went with the review numbers and bought this chair.

Needed a shower chair for my wife who suffered fractures in a fall. Was surprised to find so many different versions. Spent some time analyzing features and reading reviews. This one was well reviewed and seemed reasonably priced. After only one use, I can tell with confidence that this is the one to buy for most folks. It is easy to assemble (mere minutes), is robustly constructed, very flexible (back and arm rests on or off as you wish), wider seating area than most (but not too wide to cause problems fitting the space), easy to adjust legs independently (really important because neither bathtubs or showers have flat floors), strong, no metal to rust. My highest endorsement!

This chair is the perfect weight for both stability and to pick up and move! My husband had a stroke and we used it for the shower. It also came in handy for the first few weeks when he had trouble getting in his feet and sometimes would slide down and wind up on the floor where he couldn’t get himself up. So I got the chair and sat in it and he was able the pull himself up using it. He’s over 200 lbs. I’m 150, so sitting in it gave him something to use. Not recommending this as an everyday go to, but if your in a pinch, it helps! In the shower it is great! Check your dimensions if you have a regular bath shower set up. Ours is a walk-in and works like a dream!

I should have ordered this chair first . It took me 20 minutes to put this chair together and I have arthritis in my hands .I am amazed . I ordered a competitor model prior and struggled for over 3 hours to assemble it .now I have sore hands.I had to send it back. This chair also fits in 17” tub .its very sturdy and secure. Legs are so easy to level .Well engineered . Solid 10 out of 10 in my book.

I felt extremely safe and secure sitting on this comfortable shower chair. It is very solid. I doubt this will need to be replaced for many years to come but if that time should come, I would buy this one again. I had a teeny issue with it initially, and the company took care of it immediately. Excellent customer service, which I appreciate very much. Thank you for making this great product! 💯
