Every dvd i have tried will not play.. anyone else have this problem and perhaps a solution?

If the region code of the drive does not match the disk, the dvd maynot be played (our usb cd drive provides the function to change the region code, if your dvd is from Mexico, Then just set the region code of the drive to #4). 3.Insufficient power supply: Because our optical drive adopts USB3.0 technology, although its data transmission speed is faster than USB2.0, USB3.0 has higher requirements for the power supply capability of the USB interface (USB 3.0 requires the interface power supply capacity to be 1A, And USB 2.0 is only 0.5A.) Our optical drive additionally comes with a typle c charging port and an extra usb c cable that included in the package, they can provide extra current for the optical drive to ensure that the device can read the disc normally. Just got my origbelie, does anyone know what a second usb type c a cord included is for？
