Tweeze me with precision
Mercer is just a great brand for "foodies" like me who cook 6 nights a week. Thursday's are "Chef's Night Off." I do take-out. Great quality, really great for small herbs for precision placement. Perfect for removing the gross egg "chalazae"
We bought these after reading a review from Serious Eats that said these had multiple uses in the kitchen. Our main use is to remove that creepy and gross white string ("chalazae") from eggs without popping the yolk, and they work perfectly!

Delivered within 5 days! Haven't used it yet but looks very well made and I look forward to doing some detailed food work with it and making final dishes look extra pretty. UPDATE easy to use and good for delicate work, I made macarons and decorated them with tiny round raspberry sprinkles that I arranged in straight lines. Perfect tool for the job.

Wanna buy a tool that are not expensive and yet serve the purpose of decorating. Good quality but a bit stiff. Maybe it's new that's why need to press harder.
