Great for GLP-1 users
I started using this as part of a high-protein diet while on Mounjaro, and itโs been one of the easiest ways to consistently hit my protein goals without feeling like Iโm forcing food. The taste is really goodโsmooth, not overly sweet, and none of that heavy artificial aftertaste that a lot of protein products have. Itโs easy to drink even when your appetite is low, which has been a big deal for me since Mounjaro can suppress hunger quite a bit. What I like most is how convenient it is. On days when I donโt feel like eating much, this gives me a solid protein boost without having to think about it. Itโs light enough to sip on but still filling enough to help keep me on track nutritionally. Itโs also been helpful for maintaining muscle while focusing on fat loss. Instead of struggling to get enough protein through full meals, this makes it simple and consistent. If youโre on Mounjaro or any appetite-suppressing medication and trying to prioritize protein intake, Iโd definitely recommend this. Itโs an easy, great-tasting way to stay on track without overcomplicating things.

Must have protein drink!
Must buy! Itโs is super convenient and refreshing, especially after my workout. This flavor has 20g of protein and taste more like a sports drink than a traditional protein shake. Thereโs a slight chalky taste but itโs still delicious and very easy to drink. I love having this after my Orangetheory workouts. Itโs refreshing, replenishing, and helps me hit my protein goals without feeling bloated and full. If you want a lighter, clear protein option, this is definitely worth trying!

Chalky, but worth it
I have bought the watermelon version of this drink three times, and the other flavors once. I love the electrolyte and protein content in these for after workout refreshment and energy and recovery! I would say they're a bit expensive, but nice for what they are. The taste is okay, but a bit chalky. Overall, I like this product enough to be a repeat customer because the benefits of the drink are nice!

Weird texture, but not terrible, and helps to hit your protein
I like that there's another option for protein supplements besides bars and shakes. This helps me meet my water intake and protein intake for the day. These are also lighter than shakes so I don't feel as full afterward. The flavor is good (strawberry watermelon is my favorite so far) but the texture is weird and it leaves a weird film in your mouth afterward. It also sort of tastes like milk but not really fully like a glass of milk or a regular whey shake. They're good quality and have always shipped well. Overall I like them and prefer them over whey shakes though so I'll keep buying them and trying other flavors.

NO sucralose! And no bad aftertaste. Refreshing.
Little different taste but I like it. Neatly packaged. Decently priced compared to others. No bad aftertaste. I got the strawberry kiwi. Clean flavor with NO sucralose or soy! Great ๐

โ โ โ โ โ Refreshing Summer in a Bottle
โ โ โ โ โ Refreshing Summer in a Bottle โ My New Post-Workout Obsession! Iโve tried a ton of protein drinks, but Protein2O Strawberry Watermelon is hands-down my favorite. It tastes like a light, juicy watermelon with a hint of fresh strawberry โ super refreshing and not overly sweet at all. Unlike thick, chalky protein shakes that feel heavy, this is basically flavored water with a subtle fruit punch vibe that goes down easy, especially ice cold after a workout. The best part? 20g of clean whey protein isolate, electrolytes for hydration, and zero sugar โ all in just 90 calories. No weird aftertaste, no bloating, just pure refreshment that actually helps with recovery. I grab one every day now, whether I'm hitting the gym or just need a tasty way to hit my protein goals. If you love watermelon flavors and want something light and delicious (without the guilt), this is it. Highly recommend โ Protein2O nailed it!

Weird taste but great macros
Taste is decent, it does give you like a cotton mouth feel which isnt pleasant, but the macros are borderline unbeatable and it is palletable.

Tastes ok might purchase again
Good protein, tastes ok if ice cold. It is a bit gritty and the flavir could be better but all in all not bad.
