Blizzard 5-Pcs Podiatry Tools Set

I bought this set for my wife and it’s been great. They’re nice and sharp, and they do exactly what they’re supposed to do.

Quality instruments

Perhaps a few people might step back due to the price of these instruments I must say you do get a set of high quality tools. They are especially great if you have thick tough to cut toenails. I find they are also great for fingernails as well.

Very pricey but should last a long time.

This is a decent set of instruments, but I missed the part where there is no pouch or holder for these items. Just comes in 5 separate plastic bags. My bad but I have grow to expect more for the money.

Endlich einmal richtig gute Qualität, was in letzter Zeit selten geworden ist. Die Instrumente sind zwar nicht, wie angegeben, in Deutschland hergestellt, sondern, wie auf den Fotos/ Beschreibungen bereits ersichtlich, Vertrieb aus England, hergestellt in Pakistan. Allerdings stammt der verarbeitete Stahl aus Deutschland. Die Verarbeitung ist hervorragend. Nichts klemmt, knirscht, quietscht. Keine Spalten, keine Grate, keine Überstände ... perfekt gearbeitet. Ergonomie ist gut, die Instrumente liegen gut in der Hand, erstklassige Haptik und wertige Materialien. Da kann man mit voller Kraft arbeiten, nichts biegt oder verzieht sich. Die Anleitung richtet sich an professionelle Anwender, es geht hauptsächlich um Desinfektion/ Sterilisation/ Lagerung etc. Es ist eigentlich kein Set für die persönliche Fußhygiene sondern ein Set für den/ die Medizinische Fußpfleger/in. Es ist für die persönliche Fußpflege natürlich auch optimal geeignet, nur daß es eine Ausführung für den professionellen Einsatz ist, und im privaten Umfeld daher wahrscheinlich vererbt werden kann, weil es Ewigkeiten hält. Umso besser gefällt mir, daß ich dieses hochwertige Profi Set (incl. Edelstahl-Nagelfeile als Geschenk-Beigabe 6 Teile, darunter 3 verschiedene Zangen) bei einer Rabattaktion unter 30,- € schnappen konnte. Sagenhaft, keine 5,- pro Teil. Normalerweise kommt eine einzige Zange von dieser Marke schon knapp auf den Gesamtpreis für dieses Set. Auch die Werkzeuge zur Pflege der Nagelhäute etc sind praktisch. Auch hier: Sehr wertige Ausführung, nichts verbiegt oder verzieht sich, trotz teils filigraner Ausführung. SO kann man arbeiten! Ich bin mir sicher, das war das letzte Nagelpflege-Set, das ich kaufen mußte. Aber Vorsicht, die Zangen sind sehr scharf, aufgrund der guten Ergonomie hat man auch gleich gut Druck auf der gesamten Schneide .... ab ist ab, also genau ansetzen.

I have owned Blizzard chiropody tools for years well before buying on line was so easy. They were so regularly used that I failed to remember the brand name (old age and general forgetfulness). Some weeks ago, I needed to use them but could not find them in the bathroom where they were kept in their box. I searched everywhere with no success. I finally decided that I had scooped them up when collecting paper wrappings from the bathroom and disposed of them in the recycling. There, amid other nail clipper brands, was my beloved Blizzard. As soon as I saw it, I recalled the name. I put in my order immediately and it arrived safely today. Now allow me to sing Blizzard's praises. 1) they are supremely sharp and precise. 2) they fit comfortably in the hand. 3) with proper care, they will last a lifetime and you can get them professionally sharpened. 4) for diabetics they are a God-send as taking care of one's feet is essential and one of the clippers included in this 5-piece set is recommended by Blizzard for diabetic users. 5) you won't find better quality podiatry tools. 6) they are so easy to use and, finally 7) they are excellent value. They are a pleasure to use and bring such relief afterwards. My tools arrived very safely packed and with PRIME, the following day. This time, I have stored them in a lined, leather toiletry bag which is easily seen and guaranteed not to become lost or inadvertently disposed of. Dear ol' Amazon, you've saved my bacon!

All the product i bought work very well. Great design. I just wish i had a choice to buy a bag to put them in from the same company.
