2160p60 can't be transferred over USB from the Elgato Game Capture HD60 S+. The available USB 3.0 bandwidth doesn't allow for that much data to be transferred at once. If the video source is 2160p60, then it will passthrough as 2160p60, and capture as 1080p60.
