I have come to believe that resistance bands may be the best way to get a full body strength and flexibility workout. This band can be used in so many ways - you can do curls, rows, side rows, flys, overhead presses, squats, etc. They come in different weights / resistance so you can taylor the workout. You can work in pretty much any direction and infintely vary the resistance depending on the weight of the band you choose. The other great thing about them is they take up almost no space, so you can pack them in luggage and take them on a trip, and have an excellent workout while travelling. These bands are awesome!

Very good band for the price. I use it to workout at home and it’s perfect. Great for squats, bicep curl, side crunches and many more. Easy to us and comfortable. The quality is great.

Decent strength and elasticity, worth it for the price you pay for this item. Good for workouts on the go.

Good resistance. It helps with low intensity adductor exercise in my case. You have to carefully choose which rubber band suits you the best for each type of routine. This is not for biceps I suppose. I like the product and will buy different weight ranges in the future.

Allenandomi a corpo libero avevo bisogno di una loop band sia per aumentare la mia forza fisica ma anche per migliorare lo stretching finale e fra le varie alternative ho scelto questa perché conoscendo il mio fisico quella da 1.9cm è la più adatta ed inoltre essendo che conosco la qualità generale dei prodotti amazon basics ho voluto testarla anche nell'ambito fitness. ●PACKAGING 📦 -Arriva in un sacchetto con un rivestimento interno di pluriball con all'interno la banda elastica arrotolata e fermata con un piccolo elastico e un manuale con all'interno anche degli esercizi molto utili per creare una scheda di allenamento con a disposizione solo una loopband. ●DIMENSIONI 📏 - Altezza (come da descrizione) = 1,9 cm. - Spessore ≈ 0,40/45 cm. - Lunghezza (a riposo) ≈1,05 m. ●PRO ✅️ - Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. - Davvero apprezzato e utile il libretto d'istruzioni con all'interno dei tutorial per eseguire alcuni esercizi con la loopband che personalmente ho testato anche io e sono davvero efficaci come ad esempio lo squat. - Dopo oltre un mese di utilizzo intensivo (circa 3 volte a settimana con la media di 3 esercizi/stretching ad allenamento) è ancora come se fosse nuova di zecca. - La resistenza è soggettiva in base al proprio stato di forza fisica, nel caso mio è esattamente come la desideravo. ●CONTRO ❌️ -Non ho riscontrato nessun contro per ora, in caso aggiornerò di conseguenza la recensione. ●CONCLUSIONI - Consiglio questa loop band per chiunque voglia aumentare il livello del proprio allenamento a casa, in merito a qualità e prezzo è sicuramente tra le migliori. Più nello specifico consiglio questa (Nera) per chi ha già un livello medio di forza fisica, poiché altrimenti si potrebbe incorrere in infortuni per via della resistenza che applica. J'ai commencé par des tractions à la machine, mais j'ai fini par arriver au poids maximum que je pouvais charger sans casser le câble (50kgs) Je'ai donc voulu commencer les tractions, mais faisant 85kgs, je n'arrivais pas à en aligner plus de 2 au poids du corps. Grâce l'élastique je peux faire mes séances de tractions en prise large en 6x10 reps sans trop de soucis. Et je sens biens les muscles du dos travailler et se congestionner. L'élastique est solide, décharge suffisamment de poids pour débuter et s'installe très facilement.
