For someone that has NEVER been able to sleep on planes and with an 8 hr flight i decided to give this a try. I didnt have much sleep before boarding so once i got to my seat and was able - I inflated and immediately drifted off to sleep. I woke up rested looked out the window and found. myself with only 20 minutes to prepare for landing. I couldnt believe it - this pillow is AWESOME. Its ergonomic design which looks strange is the perfect shape providing head support, a place for my hands, and so so COMFORTABLE! I highly recommend!!

WOW... I expected this to be meh... I really questioned if it would really hold the weight of my head. HOLY COW this is comfortable. I will say I absolutely hate the fabric they coated this in... I'm going to talk to some one about some how making a pillow case for this some how so my skin doesn't have to touch the fabric lol (its the kind of fabric that gives me goosebumps to rub unfortunately) but aside from this wow it works. I wish I knew about this before my last round trip 12+ hour flight. I got it for next time though. I will absolutely be able to sleep with this. Will make economy seating so much more comfortable too because I won't need to fight for arm rests either. Inflates pretty quickly, packs small.

Night and Day when compared to neck pillows Although it may give you odd looks, it’s way more functional/comfortable than a neck pillow Setup/Blowup. Two plug covers: one to quickly release air and another to blow in air. If you use the former to blow in air, air will escape too quickly and it won’t be fully inflated (unless you have crazy lung capacity). Material is soft, but the edges can be sort of hard/stiff. When using your head/hands/body will be no near it so it isn’t really an issue Very ergonomic and comfortable to use compared to a neck pillow. Won’t get that stiff neck feeling after a long rest. Your face may be a bit red due to prolong pressure you put on the pillow. I like how you are able to put your hands inside the pillow. Gives a little privacy when using smart phone while also giving your hands a place to rest instead of dangling on the side of your body The ear plugs and face mask is a nice addition, but wish those were omitted to put down the price a bit for the pillow Carrying case needs to be bigger. Hassle to cram the pillow in while deflated. Most of the time I just stuff the pillow in my backpack/luggage and deal with the carry case later Overall great inflatable pillow for long flights, road trips, or waiting for someone to finish shopping while camped in the car. Just don’t expect to look fashionable at the airport wearing it around your neck

Great for long trips

It’s pretty helpful for sleeping on planes, or at least being able to rest your head during take off and landing when the tray table has to go up. Recently took my first trip with it and found mine often will start to slowly lose its form after ~5 min. It’s still usable and can last for around 30 min, but I often find myself blowing it back up every 10-15min or so because I notice the walls collapsing and my head slowly sinking lower. Assuming there’s just a small area around the valve that allows some air to get through when there’s the added pressure from the weight of your head. I’ve messed around with it and have made sure the valve is sealed tight, but it doesn’t see to make much of a difference. This might just be an isolated issue with my pillow though. I’d give it about 3.5/5, it doesn’t take much time to blow up so it’s not the end of the world, but if I wanted to sleep on a red eye for more than an hour I’m sure I’d get woken up because it had collapsed completely. Also the travel bag they give you is WAY too small for the pillow, if you were hoping to use it for that purpose. Hope this helps!

I normally have a terrible time getting comfortable on planes and don't sleep. I decided to give this a try, as neck pillows really don't work for me. The pillow takes less than 60 seconds to blow up (and I wasn't even trying that hard). It was really comfortable le to lean forward and just relax my neck, back and shoulders as I had full support. Think of this like a massage table - lean forward and put your face into the hole to relax. The size when deflated is smaller than most travel pillows, but a little heavier. It still fit easily in my carry-on. One note - there is a plastic seam around the inside of the hole for your face. I used a silk scarf as a buffer and it worked perfectly. Without the scarf, the seam was a little uncomfortable. Overall, the pillow was really comfortable and held up well for hours. As we neared the final descent, I removed the valve and deflated the pillow. I had it folded up and in a bag within a minute. I could not get it back in the tiny accessory bad that came with the pillow, but I had an extra small bag at home I used instead. I will recommend this to anyone who doesn't like standard neck pillows and wants to try something more supportive!

Not at all comfortable. I bought this for an overnight train ride but too early so that, when the trip arrived and I could test this, it was too late to return. You’ll also never get this put back in it’s carrying pouch. They needed to give a larger pouch with it. It blew up and deflated just fine; took only a few breaths and the mouthpiece is comfortable. It kept it’s air pressure; didn’t deflate. The blow up part is huge and hard and digs in to my arm near my elbow. The photos on other brands showing you can use these types of pillows sideways won’t work for this one; due to this plastic part, it will either be in your face or it’ll be underneath (if you turn it around) making an uneven place to lay. So using it vertically is your only option for this brand. Using it while sitting up, neither way was comfortable. The larger hole was more comfortable but the angle was not right; I kept sliding forward to where I was slumped, not sitting more upright. That just caused my shoulder to be achy and didn’t support my neck at all. I tried it facing the other way so the face hole was away from me. Still couldn’t get comfortable, no matter how I tried. The earplugs are OK, large enough tabs you can use them properly. And they are bright orange, so easy to find. The face mask doesn’t conform to my face good enough. If a woman has eyelash extensions, this mask will mess them up as there’s no extra space. If you want to try this maybe order a size up from what you measure. I’m very short statured so the small should have sufficed according to their measurements. But order this in time for your trip so you can return it if it’s worthless to you.

Can't recommend this highly enough! I can't sleep sitting up, but this pillow offered enough support to do so. Multiple openings to try various sleeping positions. (One flight attendant did say the pillow was too large, but no other complaints.) Inflates and deflates quickly. Can use vertically or horizantally. Totally saved me on a 23 hour flight to/from the US to Thailand.
