I was not positive if I would like the product, and in general heard mixed opinions on sodium bentonite for detox. I cant say I saw anything in bath water that indicated my body was detoxed, but I can say I felt better overall and my skin did too. I like this package since it was not gigantic, and it was well priced.

I bought different clays and the colors they give the soap are beautiful soft Patels And earthy times. Great performance as it detoxifies my skin,

I use this powder in a mix I put together for my dog's skin condition. I am, by no means, a clay specialist, but I think it is a good one. There isn't a gritty feel, it is very fine, no discernable smell. It mixes easily with other powders and takes carrier oils well without major clumping. I will buy it again.

Not Apple scented, no scent at all.

When I opened the bag, the powder was golden brown. I've been buying bentonite clay for many many years and it's never been golden brown. Threw it away.
