Why can’t I hear the mic?

Hi, thanks for asking. The PTU-5200 is a wireless system. You can use the transmitters (bodypack and handheld mic) to pick up your sound then transmit to the receiver wirelessly. You will need to connect this system to a speaker in order to output the sound. Thank you.

My Mic is self turning or or going on standby even though the battery is Full, there is no manual in the box why is this and what do I need to do?

Do all phenyx wireless systems operate in the 500mhz range? aren't these illegal in the uk?
