Best diaper rash cream there is! Cannot rave enough! If your child has a rash this will clear it right up over night and even see a difference between diaper changes. Our child had some irrational in their fat rolls and neck rolls a smidgen of this a gone within the day. Does wonderful things and amazing on sensitive skin. This is the o ly cream we ever use on the kids.

So this is not my daily cream (Boogie Diaper Rash Cream Spray - LOVE the spray but light weight, for prevention only), and it's not my serious rash cream (Aquaphor Fast Relief, purple stripe - cures rash fast), But this is my go-to for soothing. My daughter had a rash that was caused by a food reaction so nothing was going to clear it up until that was through her system. I tried using my regular serious rash cream but she was in so much pain that she was trembling when I applied anything and sobbing as soon as she wet her diaper. It was almost more like a skin burn than a rash. I put this on and you could tell that she immediately felt better. There was no more crying when she would wet a diaper and well it was obviously still painful for me to apply it just having it on overnight seemed really suit the area. The swelling went way down as did the redness. The rash persisted for several days as the food got through her system but this kept her comfortable when nothing else did.

I’ve tried a few different creams to treat my babies diaper rash. Desitin wasn’t doing the job, I even tried Tubby Todd’s diaper paste. Tubby Todd was keeping it from getting worse, but it wasn’t healing the rash. I tried this stuff and after 3 days of consistent use, the blistering/bloody rash was GONE! I will be keeping this on hand forever! I can tell my baby is much more comfortable now during diaper changes and while he sits. I also stopped using wet wipes and have been using the Whoopsie Dry Wipes. Apply the cream (a thick layer) at every diaper change! I read some reviews saying the tube popped open when trying to get the product out, but I haven’t had an issue with that happening yet.

My babies have been dealing with a really bad diaper rash that doesn't want to go away. I saw this product and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. My babies are finally getting better thanks to this product. I do have to say though that we found it isn't quite as effective alone. I mix it with the max strength zinc oxide and it has made a huge difference in the healing process. The zinc oxide alone wasn't working for us either. This cream along with the zinc oxide helps boost the healing properties in each other to create an excellent combo against diaper rash. The consistency of the cream isn't as thick as the zinc oxide cream. It's more like a slightly thicker lotion. In the event we have another bout of horrible diaper rash, I will definitely purchase this again with no hesitation.

When my son has had extremely diaper rash or irritation this is the only cream that worked for us. It’s truly a miracle cream and I give a tube to every I know that is having a baby!!

I don't think this really does anything for diaper rash. I'm trying different products and it seems like good old fashioned 40% zinc oxide is the tried and true. It doesn't stick to the skin the way zinc oxide does, it just slides around when I put it on so it's clumpy on the skin.

The reviews are right, if you manhandle this tube it does blow out the wrong end, however, even if it went half way up my arm I wouldn’t stop using it. It healed my sons diaper rash in 3 days. It says overnight, but, we had an unimaginable situation when he was 2 weeks old. We didn’t use wipes (we were rinsing his bum under the sink and only using warm cloth wipes when we had to) and even took to using a blow dryer to try to keep his diaper dry combat this. His little bum cheeks were so RED, peeling, it was even on his scrotum, poor babe. I’m not sure who was crying more, me or him. Nothing was working we tried everything “all natural” “gentle” etc etc. I bought this, desperate, at 2 in the morning after a horrific diaper change and in 2 days it was SO MUCH BETTER he wasn’t crying, his poor delicate skin was healing and he was a happy baby, therefore I was a happy mama. I wouldn’t care if this tube shocked me every time I used it, I’ve been religiously using this since he was 2 weeks old and he’s now almost 8 months and has NEVER had another diaper rash, not even an irritated patch of skin. Just be careful when using the package and it is a lifesaver.

My one month old developed a very stubborn rash on her bottom that wouldn't go away with the products I tried. I tried big brand products and talc free powders. Was desperate and used multiple products at a time to try to soothe my little one. A week went by and nothing was working even though i was consistently changing her diaper. I've been using this ointment on her for about 3 days and see so much improvement. The ointment isn't sticky and it kind of just glides over her bottom. Super easy to apply. I am so glad i purchased this product. This will be the only rash cream I buy and use from now on.
