Is this bread slicer dishwasher safe?

I always hand wash it I don’t trust plastics in the dishwasher.

Will this accommodate 2 lb loaf of machine made bread?

Yes, a 2 pound loaf from my bread machine, fits in just fine.

Variable width with my bread machine bread. The cutting guide tends to fall apart when using it.
