Can they be used in a swimming pool

I dont see why not they are made of very strong rubber so are waterproof.

They’re called “resistance bands” for a reason. The ‘resistance’ training increases muscle strength by making your muscles work against a weight or force. Resistance bands work against your own body weight. Always start with the lightest weight. I’ve been doing resistance training for several months and I still find it difficult to do at times. Also if you feel the bands still aren’t working for you, go for some bands that you know will work for you.
