Will this work on 2006 chevy trailblazer xt?

YES!!! It is the OE replacement for the ACDelco MAF.. I used one in my 2006 Isuzu Ascender 4.2L-L6 (cousin to the trailblazer and sister to the GMC Envoy). And it fixed my P0171 code issue I had.. now I am getting 27mpg hwy and 19mpg city with 22.5mpg shared. Tgat is also partly because of the E3 spark plugs I have installed and Sceptre air filter by K&N... but Yes this is a great MAF sensor for your application!!
