A much tastier snack or quick meal than ordinary instant ramen. Very easy to add ingredients for extra flavor and substance, or eat by itself for a simple quick something to eat. Is it as good as authentic pho? No, but then again, instant ramen is not nearly as good as what you'd get in an authentic restaurant either. But if you're like me and live out in the middle of nowhere, 2.5 hours from the nearest Vietnamese restaurant, you could definitely do a lot worse than this stuff. Ships fast and the sellers seem friendly ☺️

This small packet is near restaurant quality Pho. I add onion, Hoisin, lime juice, onion and basil and it is a knockout. A word of caution, the oil package is really spicey, very hot,,,you might try 1/2 packet before committing to the whole packet. I usually add Sirracha but with this hot oil/garlic packed, that is way over the top. I also add (not all at the same time) sliced raw beef or terayaki chicken meat balls, or beef terriyaki strips (Chinese food leftovers) or chinese pork chunks, or sometimes, cooked chicken meat. The meal is filling, but not substantial, it will easily carry uou through a 3-4 hour section of the day but as I said, the portion is not full restaurant sized....two packages would be too much, don't be tempted to do that. I don't usually have bean sprouth to add because they just don't keep in the fridge...If I had them, I certainly would add them.

I’m celiac and cannot have regular ramen so these are the next big thing, favor is really good. Don’t expect fresh pho taste because you’ll be disappointed but if you are looking for a quick pho craver killer and are short on time, this is a must. Specially if you use vegetable or other stock with it. I had made stock from bones and used instead of water and it was really close to fresh pho taste. Also the texture of the noodles is perfect as they have a bite to it.

The best pho instant noodle that you will ever get. Filled with flavor, savory broth packet to be honest it's better than some big name pho restaurants

I bought this hoping to get more value than spending $3 of the bigger version of this product and its not bad but it pales in comparison the soup bas isn't as flavorful as the bigger product but the noodles are so nice and it can be dressed up to taste fancy

Has been my go-to lunch this cold winter. You can also add other veggies and protein!
